Shipping Policy

I am located in Valmiera, Latvia and ship worldwide using Latvia Post. 

All our shop items are handmade. 

Processing time to craft and prepare your order is 2 to 5 business days! Please check shop banner for the most accurate TAT as sometimes due to order demand it may be changed to 1-2 weeks. 

Due to weather and other delays times may not be accurate. Please allow 1-2 weeks domestically and 1-3 months internationally.  

Please note 

– Evesadesigns is not responsible for delays, damaged or lost mail. Please ensure tracking is purchased so you can track your delivery and be insured for damaged or lost mail.

– Please ensure address is correct upon checkout. Please contact me as soon as possible if you wish to change your address. Unfortunately if the item/s are already shipped I will not be able to change the address. 

– sometimes orders include free products 

– Shipping estimates are from time of shipment, not when order has been placed 

– Business days do not include public holidays or weekends 

-Overseas orders may incur customs fees. Madebytaylahrose is not responsible for such fees and they must be paid by the customer upon collection. This is out of Madebytaylahrose’s control.
